Venus -- Word has just been released on the UN investigation into the practice
of Terran exile. The late Assemblyman Dannyl Barton had alleged said practice
to be inhumane, but the UN investigation found otherwise. Ambassador Terra
Delamortai, the appointed investigator, found the conditions on Earth "harsh,
but far from inhumane, just like any prison should be," and recommended the
continuation of the practice.
